At DigitalePro4You, we sell digital products delivered electronically. Because our products are intangible and accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final.
Non-Returnable Items
All digital products, including e-books, downloadable files, and other instant-access content, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded.
Refund Eligibility
We may offer a refund or replacement only in the following situations:
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- You received the wrong digital product
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be accessed
- The product delivered is materially different from the product description
How to Request Help
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@digitalepro4you.co with:
- Your order number
- The email used for purchase
- A clear description of the issue
- Screenshots, if applicable
Resolution Process
We will review your request and respond within 24 hours. If the issue is verified and cannot be resolved through support or replacement, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Failure to read the product description
- Inability to use the file due to lack of compatible software or device
- Requests made after successful download/access when no defect exists
